No one wants to live there - not even government evaluators!

If you do employ acronyms, do so correctly:

• Spell it out and include the acronym in parentheses only once.  Use the acronym for any subsequent reference.

Example: Service-oriented architecture (SOA).  Next time you refer to it, use only SOA.
